I woke up on Saturday morning and Dad and I went to the grocery store, as usual. When we got home, Mom’s and Dad’s friend Jess Hurt (I just call her “Hurt”) was visiting. She was so much fun to play with! A few hours later, Dad went and picked up their friend Marty from the airport. All five of us hung out together — Marty and Hurt were especially interested in seeing all of my new tricks.
The big excitement for the day was going to Millenium Park. My favorite part was the Crown Fountain, which I played in for quite a while with lots and lots of other kids (and their parents). I also really like the Bean, where I got to see my reflection!
Right before I went to sleep, Grandpa came over to be on “Maggie Duty” while Mom, Dad, Hurt, and Marty went to the U2 concert. It was good to see him; I decided to be nice to him and stay asleep the entire time!
