Today was a very gloomy day and I was very glad to have gotten to spend so much time outside yesterday! We stayed in all morning and after my nap we headed over to Nana & Grandpa’s for lunch. Nana had cooked some zucchini which I liked a lot more than whatever baby food Mom and Dad brought with us!
We didn’t stay as long as usual because Mom and Dad had some plans, which apparently didn’t include me! As soon as we got back home, Rachel rang our doorbell. She came in and played with me and Mom & Dad left for a date!
I had a really fun time with Rachel and by the time Mom and Dad got back it was dinner time. We played after dinner and then got ready for bed.

Hi, Miss Margaret –
I have been looking at this photo of you holding your belly all week. Two things keep jumping out at me:
1) In this picture, you look so much like your mom when she was little.
2) You don’t look like a baby any more, but rather like a little girl. Your face looks older and your hair looks different. I know I can’t stop you from growing – and I am excited – but it also makes me a little sad to see how quickly you are changing! ):
I am so appreciative to your dad and mom for continuing to maintain this blog! I know it is a lot of work, but it is such a treat for Grandpa and me – along with so many other of your loyal bloggees.
I hope to get to Chicago to see you after my field trips are finished in the next couple of weeks. I miss you!
Hope you and mom and dad have a great weekend.
Love you lots!
Grandma
